Our Business
L & M Mechanical Services was founded with the goal of bringing high end service to
customers in the NY Metro area at an affordable price. Family owned and operated L & M Mechanical prides themselves on being able to "do it
better, faster and less expensive" than the competition.
Matt Gaskin quickly built a reputation for being able to solve any problem quickly and in the most cost effective way possible. He moved up in his last company at an accelerated pace becoming a named partner in 2004. Lori and Matt decided to join forces in 2007, realizing that together they possessed over 30 years of experience and skill in this industry.

Lori Gaskin made her mark on the construction industry in Nassau County seamlessly bridging the gap between customer and contractor. In 2007 realizing that there was a need for customer service driven contractors Lori opended L & M Mechanical Services Inc.
